Reliable reading of measurement results with a resolution of 0.01 mm. High precision with 0.029 mm accuracy. Instead of the standard display for vernier calipers, a microcomputer with a touchscreen is installed, through which the software functions can be used. The unit has a measuring force regulation of 8 N. The measuring force regulation ensures that the measuring force does not exceed a certain strength. This leads to better measurement results. Handmade calipers ensure high precision. The unit has a rechargeable battery. This eliminates the need for continuous battery replacement. Supplied with a calibration certificate according to ISO 17025.

The imaginative computer-aided MICS system from Microtech takes vernier calipers to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and extensive software functions, leaving no room for alternatives.
The display is via a clearly readable touchscreen. An easy-to-use menu ensures simple menu navigation. Up to 100 measured values can be stored via the internal memory. The statistics function enables retrieval of min., max. and average values.
The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. Color representation of GO/NoGO values. Reading of MIN/MAX values. Calculation formulas can be entered via the formula mode and then evaluated. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. Mathematical error corrections can be incorporated easily and quickly. Depending on the working direction, the display can be rotated. The calibration date can be stored in the software, so you do not always have to check the computer when a new calibration must be performed. The wireless data transfer can be triggered via a timer, touchscreen, or button.
Measuring tools with the MICS system are supplied with free basic software for Windows, Android, and iOS. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
