Accurate reading of measurement results with a resolution of 0.01 mm. High measurement reliability with 0.026 mm accuracy. Instead of a standard display, a microcomputer with a touchscreen is installed. Comprehensive software functions are available. Measurement force regulation at 8 N for precise measurement. The measurement force regulation ensures that a maximum measurement force is always applied, leading to more accurate, better measurement results. Handmade measuring jaw ensures good precision. The unit contains a rechargeable battery. This eliminates the need for constant battery replacement. Supplied with a calibration certificate according to ISO 17025.
MICS Microcomputer System – Industry 4.0 ready!!
Microtech’s imaginative computer-aided MICS system takes measurement equipment to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and comprehensive software functions, leaving little to be desired.
The display is via a touchscreen. A user-friendly menu ensures easy menu navigation. The internal memory ensures that up to 100 measured values can be stored. The static function allows reading of min., max. and average values.
The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. Color representation of GO/NoGO values. Reading of MIN/MAX values. The formula mode makes it possible to enter calculation formulas with corresponding evaluation. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. Mathematical error corrections can be incorporated easily and quickly. The display can be rotated in all directions, depending on the working direction. The calibration date can be stored in the software, an external date search is not necessary. The wireless data transfer can be triggered via a timer, touchscreen or with the button.
Free base software for Windows, Android and iOS is available for the measuring tools with the MICS system. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
