A microcomputer with a touchscreen is installed for displaying external quick-measurement probes, through which the software functions can be utilized. Handcrafted measuring jaws ensure good precision. The unit has a rechargeable battery. This eliminates the need for constant battery replacement. Supplied with a calibration certificate according to ISO 17025.

MICS Microcomputer System – Industry 4.0 ready!!

Microtech’s groundbreaking computer-aided MICS system takes vernier calipers / inside micrometers to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and many software functions, leaving no room for alternatives.

The display features a clearly readable touchscreen. An ergonomic menu ensures simple menu navigation. Up to 100 measured values can be stored via the internal memory. The static function allows reading of min., max. and average values.

The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. Color representation of GO/NoGO values. Reading of MIN/MAX values. The form mode makes it possible to enter calculation formulas with corresponding evaluation. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. For certain measurements, it is necessary to include a mathematical error correction, which is also possible with the microcomputer system. The display can be rotated in all directions, depending on the working direction. The calibration date can be stored in the software; an external date search is not necessary. The wireless data transfer can be triggered via a timer, touchscreen, or button.

Measuring tools with the MICS system are supplied with free basic software for Windows, Android, and iOS. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
