MICS Microcomputer System – Industry 4.0 ready!!
The innovative computer-aided MICS system from Microtech takes vernier calipers to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and many software functions, leaving no room for alternatives.
The display is via a touchscreen. An easy-to-use menu ensures simple menu navigation. Up to 100 measured values can be stored via the internal memory. The statistics can be used to read off min., max. and average values.
The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. GO/NoGO values can be displayed in color (green for GO / red for NoGO). Reading of MIN/MAX VALUES. The form mode allows input of calculation formulas with a corresponding evaluation. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. Mathematical error corrections can be easily and quickly incorporated. The display can be rotated in all directions, depending on the working direction. The calibration date can be integrated into the software, an external date search is omitted. The wireless data transfer can be triggered via a timer, via the touchscreen or with the button.
Free base software for Windows, Android and iOS is available for the measuring tools with the MICS system. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
