Accurate reading of measurement results with a resolution of 0.001 mm. High precision with 0.002 mm accuracy. Instead of a standard screen, a microcomputer with a touchscreen is installed. Extensive software functions are available. Handmade measuring jaws ensure high precision. The unit has a rechargeable battery. This eliminates the need for continuous battery replacement. Supplied with a calibration certificate according to ISO 17025.

MICS Microcomputer System – Industry 4.0 ready!!

Microtech’s imaginative computer-aided MICS system takes measuring instruments to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and many software functions, leaving little to be desired.

The display is a touchscreen. An easy-to-use menu ensures simple menu navigation. The internal memory ensures that up to 100 measured values can be stored. Statistics can be used to read off min., max. and average values.

The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. Color representation of GO/NoGO values. Reading of MIN/MAX values. Formula mode allows entering calculation formulas with corresponding evaluation. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. For certain measurements, it is necessary to include a mathematical error correction, which is also possible with the microcomputer system. Depending on the working direction, the display can be rotated. The calibration date can be stored in the software; external date searching is not necessary. The wireless data transmission can be triggered via a timer, touchscreen, or button.

Measuring tools with the MICS system are supplied with free basic software for Windows, Android, and iOS. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
